The Nou Mestalla has been designed based on the principles of universal accessibility and a barrier-free environment. While Mestalla offered 40 spaces adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM), the new stadium substantially increases this capacity to over 200 spaces, ensuring that all our fans can enjoy matches on equal terms.

General-seating season ticket spaces for PRM will be located in Row 29 of the Grada Baja corners, allowing for convenient, direct access without changes in level.

(Note: Although the Nou Mestalla also features additional PRM areas in the Grada Alta, these will be reserved exclusively for general ticket sales -individual match tickets- away fans, and operational contingencies; consequently, the entire migration of general-seating season tickets will be concentrated in the Grada Baja.)

If you are a current season ticket holder with reduced mobility or need to request an accessible space for the new stadium, the procedure you must follow is detailed below.:

1. Those already PMR season ticket holders at Mestalla:

  • Direct contact with the club: The Fan Services Department team will contact you personally before the group creation phase begins to arrange your transfer..
  • Contact: If you are an active season ticket holder with reduced mobility and have not received any communication from the club by October 14th, 2026, please contact the Fan Services Department to update your details and secure your priority status..
  • Have your companion by your side: As a season ticket holder with reduced mobility, you will be allowed to bring one companion. You are guaranteed two adjacent seats in the same row so that you can experience and share the match together, eliminating the physical separation encountered at Mestalla.
  • If you wish to sit near a larger group, the rest of the party will need to group together (you and your companion have guaranteed seats in Row 29); when it is their turn, an attempt will be made to seat the remaining group members as close as possible -ideally in Rows 27 or 28 (directly in front), subject to seat availability.

2. The process for new PRM members

If you are not a season ticket holder with reduced mobility (PRM) status but require an accessible seat at the Nou Mestalla (or wish to be seated with a family member who requires one), the process will be handled as follows:

  • BECOME A MEMBER HERE
  • Phase 1 (Group Creation online): During the process beginning on October 14th, the group's 'captain' must enter the details for all members. On the form, they must check the box indicating that the group includes a member with reduced mobility (wheelchair user).
  • Row 29 is strictly and exclusively reserved for the person with reduced mobility (PRM) and their single primary companion. For reasons of space and safety, under no circumstances may more than two companion seats be assigned in this row to the same group. If there is more than one person with reduced mobility in the same group, please contact the Fan Services Department.
  • Groups of more than 2 people: For a group of new season-ticket holders that includes a person with reduced mobility (PRM) -making for a total of three or more people- the system will allow grouping together online without issues during Phase 1. When the scheduled in-person seat selection appointment arrives, the club will guarantee seats for the PRM and their companion in Row 29, and will attempt to place the remaining group members as close as possible -ideally in Row 27 or 28 (directly in front)- subject to seat availability at that time.
  • ⚠️ IMPORTANT: EXCLUSIVE WHEELCHAIR AREAS. The spaces in Row 29 of the Lower Tier are designed solely and exclusively for club members who require the use of a wheelchair. Physically, these spaces consist of an open area within the seating tier -with no fixed seat installed- to allow for the secure anchoring of the wheelchair, alongside a single conventional seat for the primary companion..
  • Who this applies to: Only to members who attend the stadium in a wheelchair.

  • Not applicable to: Those with other mobility issues, walking difficulties, joint problems, or fatigue, but who do not use a wheelchair, should check the PRM box. Since there is no physical seat installed in these Row 29 spaces, they would not have a seat to sit in..

  • Other mobility issues: Those who need convenient access with as few stairs as possible but plan to sit in a standard seat should check the "PRM" box during "Phase 1." Instead, they must explain their situation directly to the club staff when their group attends its seat selection appointment; they can then place you in an area within the general seating section that offers better access and fewer steps, subject to seat availability at that time..

  • Adapted selection and presential appointment: Following verification, you will be assigned a personalised in-person appointment to select your seats within the designated areas in Row 29 of the Grada Baja. The accessible seating space (PRM) and the adjacent seat for your companion will be reserved for you in that row.

Documentation required for contact with the club:

  • DNI of the PRM member.

  • Official certificate or card attesting to the degree of disability and reduced mobility, issued by the competent authority.
